Assistant Principal

Welcome to the 2023 - 24 School Year

I am excited to begin my tenth year as Assistant Principal of Le Conte Middle School. This will be my 20th year in education. I graduated from California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) with a degree in Mathematics. In addition, I hold a Masters of Education Administration from California State University, Northridge. Growing up, I knew I wanted to be in the field of education, and I am fortunate to continue with a school and community that hold a special place in my heart. 

As we begin this year, we face new academic challenges. Through in-person classrooms, our teachers and staff will work to build relationships and help students achieve academic success. As the assistant principal, I will work to support students academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe in the potential of each student, and realize we are not just preparing them for the next grade, but for the future. This preparation will include experiences that are challenging, relevant, and meet the needs of the individual student.

I am looking forward to supporting the students, staff, and families. I believe in open communication and a strong home to school connection.
